Deptly uses AI to read inbound calls, messages, photos, and documents; match them to the right customer and job; draft replies in your tone; and carry out approved routine steps in the tools you already use. When something is unusual, it flags it instead of guessing.

Your services, prices, policies, and the rules you approve during setup — plus customer history, past conversations, and the calendar and job records already in your systems. It works from your business's own records. Missing information becomes a question to you, not an invention.
